Zytoservice

Zytoservice Group has its central office in Hamburg and is Germany’s largest manufacturer of patient-specific parenteral infusion fluids (e.g. for chemotherapy). Zytoservice mainly supplies infusion solutions to pharmacies, hospitals and oncology departments for outpatient treatment. capiton acquired an interest in the company in 2008 while providing growth financing. Zytoservice operates in a dynamically expanding market, and has recorded strong growth since capiton’s investment. Capacities have been continuously expanded to this end. In 2016, capiton has sold its stake in the company to IK Investment Partners, who plan to continue the growth strategy with the existing management.
