Direct investment option
In the case of larger transactions or extensive buy-and-build concepts, we offer our investors the option of making co-investments, where they can have a direct stake in the company to be acquired through their own equity. For example, in the case of our portfolio company Schur Flexibles, we implemented a buy-and-build concept in conjunction with co-investors, and we also acquired Cedes by partnering with co-investors.
